Meet our distribution Partner

Hi, I’m Earl Glasgow and am the partner responsible for Distributor Relations.

I work with a team of Equity Partners, who’s objective is to meet with distributor firms and find out what drives their business and where there true value lies. By visiting these firms and completing a presentation introducing True Potential, it’s vision for the industry they then offer the firm an opportunity to assess whether TP could introduce a business model which could benefit from our simple, effective and unique approach.

Each Equity partner assesses the firm current business model, via a questionnaire, which looks at the following areas

  1. How the firm is structured
  2. Company accounts & financials
  3. Administrative Support and costs involved
  4. Technology currently used by the firm

From this interview, the Equity Partners complete some analysis work to compare the firm against current users of the TP Platform to ascertain if it creates (and realises the lost) extra value. We define value as follows:

  • Time saved – This time would be reinvested into other profitable areas of the business
  • Money saved – Costly admin processes removed
  • Increased Productivity – More Sales and Turnover
  • Efficiency – An easier way to run your business

Equity partners will complete a second meeting with the firm to present the TP Platform via a live demonstration, this allows the firm to see at first hand all the processes available, take control of the system themselves and get a feel of what it might be like to run their own business using our processes. The objective of the meeting would be to ensure that the prospective firms understands entirely HOW the TP Platform and services could enhance their business efficiency and profitability – therefore putting them in a well informed position to enable them to make the decision to implement True Potential into their business, allowing them to realise their firm’s real true potential.

To date, we’ve met with more than 1000 separate firms and have completed, in my opinion, the most definitive study of distribution in our industry. There is little doubt that we understand why it is important for a firm to recognise its true value, where this value is and how this value can be realised. I look forward to meeting many more of you over the coming months.
