I am very happy that I can now announce that our office in London is open and ready for business. The space has been fitted out to a superb standard and offers a tremendous working and meeting environment for all of our users and their clients.

The office is also a little different in how we have designed it to be used:

- There is no permanent staff working from there
- It is free to use for all of our clients and their clients

We believe that this gives the correct amount of flexibility to our users, whilst also treating them like the professionals they are and asking them to help man the office when they are in.

If you work in London or are visiting there soon please let us know and we’ll be happy to give you the guided tour.

   Is it proposed for the office to be used for adviser training?

   We are keen to maximise our use of the back-office system and, to this end, would welcome face-to-face training sessions conudcted within easy access of our business base.

   Yes, to date we have ran 2 seminars and a full day of 121 sessions at the office in London.

   We have more plans to continue running at least 1 day of 121 sessions throughout 2011 and this would definitely be useful to you.

   Our compliance department had the pleasure to use the London office last week to conduct an induction course. The feedback was fantastic and I would like to thank TP for setting this office up. We will certainly be using it more often and it makes a great impression to new candidates.
