True Potential Secures Significant Investment from FTV Capital

We are pleased to announce that True Potential has secured a significant investment from US private equity firm FTV Capital.

The transaction values True Potential in excess of £150m and means that FTV Capital will now take a minority share in the business.

This is an exciting development in True Potential’s history and gives us an excellent platform to continue our rapid growth. It also allows us to reward the early investors in True Potential, who have not only invested their own money but also their time and the trust of their clients.

The partnership with FTV Capital was the clear choice for us due to their strong, proven track record of investing in and growing financial services companies.

This relationship will help us to expand our technology platform further and continue to add advisers and new products to our platform. We particularly look forward to the partnership and support of Brad Bernstein and Kyle Griswold as they join our board.
