In 2022, our fully rebuilt mobile app and online account gave over 314,000 clients quicker and more convenient access to their investments at the touch of a button. With 6.9 million logins, our purpose-built technology helped clients track performance, access our daily insight videos and get in touch whenever they needed us.
Supporting financial advisers.
We were delighted to welcome 284 new advisers to the group in 2022, giving us a total reach of 20% of the industry. Supporting them throughout the year was our award-winning Adviser Services team who dealt with a record 50,140 phone calls, 53,213 emails and 7,622 tickets.
Supporting our communities.
Our staff, financial advisers and partners The Harrison Foundation helped raise a record breaking £500,000 to help local communities ‘Do more’ to reach their full potential. As a proud co-founder of The Social Mobility Pledge, we continued to work with 750 employers and 8 million employees nationwide to ensure everyone has a fair opportunity to succeed.
