We are delighted to have raised £20,903 for our friends over at The Chronicle Sunshine Fund through participation in the Great North Run.

This year, 18 members of the True Potential team joined Team Sunshine. They participated in the 13-mile half marathon to raise money for babies, children and young adults who require specialist equipment unavailable through the NHS or local authorities.

We recently caught up with Siobhan from The Sunshine Fund. We were proud to have presented her with a giant check to show dedication, determination, and continued support for the charity. Here is what she had to say:

“We love to work with True Potential as they share our ethos of a fairer society with opportunities for all. That’s why the Great North Run campaign is the perfect opportunity for us to collaborate each year, and we are so grateful to True Potential for being such staunch supporters. This year alone, the team has raised a phenomenal £20,903 for our charity through the 2022 GNR campaign, which includes a substantial donation from The Harrison Foundation. This amount, at a time of real financial crisis, is a huge help to the families currently on our waiting list for equipment and to us. Thank you to all at True potential for being such fundraising superstars.”
