We are proud to announce that we have been named winner of ‘Best Support Service’ in the Money Marketing Awards for the sixth time running.
On Thursday 22 June 2017, we took our seats at The Artillery Garden, London in anticipation for the two awards we were shortlisted for, ‘Best Use of Technology by an Adviser’ and ‘Best Support Service’.
That evening we were recognised by winning both awards, something that delighted us all. What made this more notable is that it marked the sixth year running that we have won the ‘Best Support Service’ award at the Money Marketing Awards. This is a tremendous achievement and one that we are extremely proud of.

Since launching our True Potential Adviser Services in 2007, the team has grown and honed their ability to provide a service of excellence and expertise. They offer back-office, IT and compliance services to financial advisers and clients across the country and with close to 20% of all UK financial adviser using our services, they have a large remit in their hands. Being named ‘Best Support Service’ for six years running is testament to their hard work and dedication to their clients.

I know that our team always go the extra mile and I could thank them until I’m blue in the face, but it’s great to get this tangible result for all their hard work.
There are five department teams that make up our Adviser Services and I’d like to thank them all for their efforts as each team work hard to provide the service which is now six time winners of the ‘Best Support Service’.’

Judges agreed our Adviser Services solution offered the best integrated proposition overall but it was also its technology capabilities that set it apart.
On True Potential, one judge said: “It has a clear vision and strategy, so while it continues to work on its main business-as-usual supporting advisers, it is still pushing the boundaries going forwards.”
Having won this award again puts into sharp relief the result of working hard and dedicating your time and energy into providing simple, effective and unique services. Always on the front foot, as are currently looking at improving all their communications systems and streamlining their internal processes. Something that will continue to improve the level and efficiency of service that we are able to provide our clients.
